Payment Waiver is a condition incorporated into your loan agreement with Clockwise, whereby your Lender will waive any regular repayments that fall due while you are unable to work entirely due to an event covered by the Waiver. Your loan terms and conditions will detail whether you can request a Waiver for Accident/Sickness and/or Involuntary Unemployment and will confirm the number of months that you need to be not working to qualify and the maximum number of payments that will be waived for each instance.
The following screens will take you through the information that we need to collect in order to assess your entitlement to a payment waiver. We will ask you to enter your personal details and some information about the dates and circumstances of your accident/sickness or unemployment.
The process should take you around 10 minutes to complete. Please be aware that you will need to complete all screens and click on “Submit” in order for your data to be saved; if you do not reach this point and your screen is left inactive for more than 20 minutes you will lose any details entered and need to start again. It will be helpful if you can have any sick notes or documentation relating to your accident/sickness or unemployment to hand before you proceed as this will help to speed things up.
